Zumba Fitness is a fitness dance party! Zumba classes blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography to provide effective, total-body workouts. Our class will be using a mixture of dance styles but will primarily focus on basic Zumba movements. The choreography is very easy to convert from high impact to low impact by simply making your movements smaller and less aggressive. You will be shown how to do this in our class.
